Service With A Smile From PPC Staff
January was off to a flying start this year as managers and supervisors took part in a customer service training course in Providenciales. This training forms part of the company’s commitment to providing excellent service to its customers. The three-day workshop held for senior staff and the one day seminar for all staff, was conducted by Performance Path Inc and covered a range of modules including motivation, leadership and improving customer satisfaction.
Management Symposium
The senior managers at PPC Ltd met this month for their annual all day Management Symposium. The Symposium led by CEO Eddinton Powell, provided the team with a business update and outlined key objectives, budgets and plans for the coming year. Different heads of departments presented to their peers to provide an update on their division of the business. The overall purpose of the day is to ensure that all the managers are up to date on any changes or plans for the business and to provide a discussion forum for the heads of departments. This supports PPC’s commitment to employee development and ensures that team members are constantly striving to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
